Celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary, and the original reservation with a different host had to cancel the day before .But ,I was so thankful that it had. We loved this place. Really is a destination in itself , with ping pong and pooltable, and so many games. Loads of lounging space inside or out, work out space, and more. Everything seems to flow nice, Faraz seems to be easygoing and is very approachable. It's a must do, especially if it the weather is not perfect!!

Faraz's was very friendly and accommodating in making my mom's surprise dinner and breakfast a success. The house was beautiful and comfortable to be in. The scenery was very peaceful and private. The house was clean and had many extra daily accommodations that some air b and b's don't have. Our guests enjoyed their stay and would love to book for their own family function. I will most definitely stay again in the near future. Thank you again Faraz

This was my first time ever in Dubai and it was such an amazing experience. The views were out of this world, location was spot on, close to everything and very clean and organized. We loved our stay very much and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Most beautiful views of downtown Dubai and the Burj. Being located so central it was yet very silent, no street noise in the night. Modern and chic furtniture and decorations plus the building has great amenities. Just cross the street and you are at Dubai Fountain and Souk Al Bahar.

Perfect place to visit Dubai! I didn't want to leave but the apartment was occupied for the following dates! It would be a pleasure to spend another week there the❤️ apartment is understated in price, in real wow! The coolest thing is that there are several sets of Dyson hair dryer, an iron for straightening! Two minutes to Dubai Mall , close to supermarket, cool pool, gym! The most important thing is the impeccable clean and of course the design to ❤️ sleep is a pleasure! High-quality mattresses and bed linen! And the view from every window to the fountains and tower! Farah and his team are very active and helped with early check-in and were also allowed to check out later. We will definitely be back with him in a month!!! As for the downsides, there are no downsides! Again, I didn't want to leave the place again, it was spotless❤️
